In 2018, JORDUN established a product packaging production line in Dongguan and began building independent manufacturing capabilities.
In the same year, the company comprehensively promoted product certification and quality system construction, and successively carried out UL, T Ü V, CQC product certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
From technical services to independent manufacturing, JORDUN began to truly establish "solutions" on a controllable, stable, and reliable product foundation. -

INDUSTRIAL UPGRADINGFrom packaging manufacturing to core capability manufacturing.
In 2024, the JORDUN production base will be relocated to Boluo, Huizhou, and a MOV chip production line will be built.
Extending from product packaging to core chip manufacturing, the company further improves key processes such as materials, chips, packaging, and testing, continuously enhancing product consistency, reliability, and independent manufacturing capabilities.
This step has given JORDUN a manufacturing foundation to support higher end and more complex circuit protection solutions. -

Focusing on applications such as new energy, automotive electronics, AI server power supply, communication, and industrial control, the company is more deeply involved in customer product development, providing customers with more complete circuit protection solutions from device selection, parameter matching, testing and verification to anomaly analysis.
